Official Recognition and Standards Compliance

Our accreditations verify that our data encryption and privacy workshops meet rigorous educational and technical standards. Each certification reflects independent evaluation of our curriculum, instructor qualifications, and operational integrity. These credentials ensure participants receive training that aligns with recognized industry benchmarks and regulatory requirements.

What Our Certifications Mean

National Education Quality Assurance

This accreditation confirms our program structure follows national educational standards for adult learning. Independent auditors reviewed our course design, assessment methods, and learning outcome measurements.

The certification process included examination of our instructor credentials, facility adequacy, and student support systems. Renewal requires annual compliance reporting and periodic site inspections.

Issued by Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, valid through December 2025

Technical Training Provider License

Our license to deliver technical education in cryptography and data protection was granted after demonstrating subject matter expertise and appropriate laboratory resources. The licensing body verified our curriculum covers current encryption protocols and privacy frameworks.

This credential requires maintaining qualified instructors with active industry experience and updating course materials to reflect evolving security standards.

License number UA-TTP-2018-0847, renewable annually

Data Protection Training Compliance

We hold certification confirming our workshops address legal requirements for data protection training under Ukrainian and European regulations. This includes proper coverage of GDPR principles, consent mechanisms, and breach notification procedures.

The certification body audits our training materials quarterly to ensure alignment with regulatory updates and enforcement guidance from supervisory authorities.

Certified by Ukrainian Data Protection Authority, reviewed quarterly

Continuing Professional Development Approval

Several professional associations recognize our workshops for continuing education credit. IT professionals, security analysts, and compliance officers can apply completed training hours toward their recertification requirements.

Each approved course lists specific credit hours and applicable professional categories. Participants receive documentation suitable for submission to their certifying bodies.

Approved by Ukrainian IT Professionals Association and Regional Security Forum

Quality Management System Certification

Our operational processes meet ISO 9001 standards for quality management in educational services. This certification covers enrollment procedures, curriculum delivery, participant feedback systems, and continuous improvement protocols.

External auditors conduct annual surveillance audits examining documentation, interviewing staff, and reviewing participant satisfaction data to verify ongoing compliance.

ISO 9001:2015 certified, next audit scheduled March 2025

Information Security Management

We maintain ISO 27001 certification for protecting participant data, course materials, and operational information. Our information security management system includes access controls, encryption practices, and incident response procedures.

This certification demonstrates we apply the same security principles we teach to our own operations. Regular penetration testing and security assessments validate the effectiveness of our controls.

ISO 27001:2013 certified, annual external audit required

How We Maintain Accreditation

  1. 01

    Annual Documentation Review

Every January we compile evidence of compliance with each accrediting body's standards. This includes updated curriculum documents, instructor qualification records, participant outcomes data, and facility inspection reports. External reviewers examine this documentation against their criteria.

  2. 02

    Instructor Credential Verification

All teaching staff must maintain current professional certifications relevant to their subject areas. We track expiration dates and ensure timely renewals. New instructors undergo background checks and credential authentication before assignment to courses.

  3. 03

    Curriculum Content Updates

Our content review committee meets quarterly to assess whether course materials reflect current standards and practices. When encryption algorithms are deprecated or new privacy regulations take effect, we revise affected modules and submit changes to accrediting bodies for approval.

  4. 04

    Participant Feedback Analysis

We collect structured feedback after each workshop session. Ratings below threshold levels trigger immediate investigation and corrective action. Accreditors review aggregated feedback data during audits to verify we maintain quality standards.

  5. 05

    External Audit Preparation

Before scheduled audits, we conduct internal reviews of all accreditation requirements. This includes verifying record completeness, testing security controls, and confirming facility compliance with safety and accessibility standards. Any deficiencies are remediated before auditors arrive.

Compliance Audits Passed

Since founding in 2018, we have maintained continuous accreditation without lapses or sanctions. Each certification body conducts independent evaluation using different methodologies and standards.

Our six current accreditations cover educational quality, technical competence, data protection compliance, professional development recognition, quality management systems, and information security. Each requires separate documentation, audits, and renewal processes.

We have completed 18 external audits over the past seven years with no major non-conformities. Minor observations have been addressed through corrective action plans submitted within required timeframes.

Maintaining multiple accreditations requires dedicated administrative effort. We employ a compliance coordinator who tracks renewal dates, prepares audit materials, coordinates with external reviewers, and ensures staff understand current requirements.
